far better than an ace wrap to use to hold a cold pack on a knee or shoulder
I order these to freeze and wrap around my hands but they barely get cold and the instructions from inside the box that they help with the electric stimulators which doesn't help me at all. The description clearly stated they are “reusable…make excellent slings, cold packs…” Well they don't. But an ace bandage instead. They are cheaper.
