My chikd loves the Pediasure Chocolate flavor but honestly it was too expensive. My child had the stomach flu and I was told to give him probiotics. And I was amazed that Parent choice has these same flavor with probiotics and he has been eating better since then.
Recommend for her twice a day if needed to help give her nutrition since she struggles with eating. She has a thing with taste and texture but she loves this chocolate drink and the strawberry one. she gets one at night and if needed one in the morning i have noticed her gaining a bit of weight since being on it!
she has periods where she wont eat or drink anything. and these shakes are the only thing we can get her to take. do i wish shed actually eat, yes of course. but its nice she will at least drink these. i do however recommend washing the bottle/sippy as aoon as theyre done. the smell is horrid if they sit.
My son is very picky sometimes, but likes these, so that's saying something. I like how, when he's had these in the morning, his mood seems more stable. I'm not sure why...probably getting some vitamins or something that his daily vitamins don't supply. Anyway, it's worth the small investment.
Kids are often picky eaters, and these shakes are a great way to supplement their diets. The price is great, and my girls love them, especially the strawberry and chocolate flavors. Way to go, Walmart!
I'm not sure if this is truly healthy BUT I needed a way to get more vitamins and minerals in my child and this was the ONLY way. I started out with Pediasure first and then went to parents choice. My child prefers this brand over PediaSure. It's my child's “milkshake” for the day.
I wish they were in stock more often at Walmart. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. My son has to have these everyday. So Walmart do better. Order more and stock up! They sale so quick.
Got the chocolate and Vanille ones for my son. couldnt figure out why he wasnt drinking them as he LOVES chocolate milk. So I tried it and I myself, do not like it. It's real thick and chalk like and does not taste very well.
My son is tiny and doesn't eat well. We bought these shakes and thought we'd try to incorporate them into his diet. They are gross. The chocolate flavor is nasty. He took one sip and said it tastes weird. I tried it too and it went right down the drain! Why do chocolate protein shakes taste so bad?! We're going to try other flavors and hope for a better outcome.
Says BIO ENGINEERED food ingredient yet that fine type cannot be found on this site. It has it on all the bottles. I'll never buy again!
