Been using for a couple years. Chia is an excellent help for a pathetic diet like mine. Chia is a most complete food source.
Thic is a very good Chia Seeds. I eat this every morning one table spoon as a food supplement. Recommended to buy. Good quality and price.
These seeds have little taste but are crunchy and healthy. The richest whole food source of Omega-3's and fiber in nature. They can be used many ways like on cereal, yogurt, soups, vegetables. Or rehydrate and use in liquids and gravies. Great product and the price is quite reasonable.
I like it; I norticed the effects in one day. Besides providing fiber it seems to create a nice mellow mood. And it seems to energize me.
I read about the Chia seeds and decided to try them. I have since ordered them twice and ready to order again. They really do work. I take them before a meal and they help to not overeat. Great product.
I've eaten this product for it's health benefits. I've also grown it on chia pet. Grows great adding a nutty flavor to salads, soups, sandwiches etc. Dis pensor is ideal as seeds can be sprinkled or spooned out.
This product is easy to include in my diet and much easier to take than pills. Plus is more beneficial.
i use these tiny seeds on my cereal in the morning the label says they have lots of minerals in them and add fiber i like the crunch and that they are healthy too
Have not used yet, so I can't review how the product tastes/performs. However, I was disappointed that the jar I received expires in only 5 months! Although product is probably fine, it doesn't instill much confidence in freshness of product received when expiration date so close. Especially since you only use a small amount in recipes. Guess I will have to get busy.
I have been using chia seeds for some time now and have really liked them. This product, however, is not worth it. There seems to be grit in with the seeds and you often get a bitter seed (you know the nasty taste when you get a "bad" peanut? - like that).
