Keys have a nice tactile click. Came with a rubber/plastic pouch for storage (that came creased, but hoping it'll smooth out) Cheaper than in local stores. Free shipping took a week (5 business days). Only got this a week ago so no opinions on durability/battery life. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
The class I am taking suggested two financial calculators and this one is much more user friendly. Plan on utilizing this baby for years to come. Definite worthwhile investment for no more than it actually cost.
Using this calculator for the CFP course and test. Works as advertised. Performs many vital financial service calculations. One of the best models I've used in my career. Easy to use. Good instruction booklet and a case is included.
CCIM recommendation all members to use this calculator when calculating yields and financials on Real Estate Investments ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I purchased this calculator for my finance classes in the MBA program I'm enrolled in. It's the perfect combination of the HP12c and the Texas Instruments BAII+. To me, the HP12c is nearly the perfect financial/business calculator. However, it is missing some modern functionality found in the BAII+. The BAII+, however, has horrible buttons and it requires so many extra steps for calculations that the HP calculators do not require. This is where the HPBII+ shines: it has that amazing, solid, crisp button feel from the HP12c, the same simple steps for calculations as the HP12c, the same old school look as the HP12c, as well as having some modern built-in functionalities (similar to the BAII+) such as break-even analysis buttons.
We bought this computer about a month ago and we are very happy with it. It is for my son who is a sophomore in high school. The metal chassis looks great and of course Windows 10 is very fast. Great computer all the way around at a reasonable price comparatively. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Great calculator for commercial real estate needs but made out of cheaper materials when compared to my first 10B purchased back in 2004 or there about.
This financial calculator works wonderful for finding the present value and future value of a mortgage property to find the best value a different percentage rates.
I really like this calculator, first it was a great buy and by me being on a budget it fit perfectly. i needed it for school and its better than alot of what the school was offering. the keys are laid out well. also it has great battery life. just a real solid calculator for the money.
Needed and recommended by Professor so I bought it. Nothing to compare it with but does the job. Wal Mart was about $10 cheaper than anywhere else.
