My daughter is 6 1/2 and I tried these with her and we both loved them. They are soft to chew, great flavor and no fussing about ew Mom that's gross she said wow those taste like good fruit snacks. The star ingredients of these immune gummies are the power packed elderberry, zinc and vitamin c. These not only smell amazing but they also taste amazing. They are soft so my two year old can chew them easily without assistance. Another perk for plant based families these are made from plant- based pectin, vegetarian and gelatin free. It's still cold and flu season so I will be stocking up on more of these immune gummies soon.

I personally don't like the taste (too sweet) and the fact that they look too much like a gummy fruit snack. I don't like tricking my family into anything healthy, but I know it is sometimes necessary. As compared to my adult Elderberry Immune Gummies of a different brand, even with the kid dose, these Sambucus gummies happen to have less sugar, more Vitamin C, and more Zinc. That's a win right there! Cane sugar is used to sweeten the gummies, but it's one or two a day for a child. I don't think real fruit is added in these gummies but extract only. If you need a kid immune gummy that they might actually eat, here you go!

I do wish the bottle had more gummies in it though. I appreciate the quality ingredients including zinc. The bottle is easily recyclable after use. We have three kids and gummies are the best way we have found for them to take their vitamins without complaints. These immune gummies were given the flavor approval by our middle child. Each child has their own bottle flavor. Ridiculous but whatever works. Worth trying. You know they are going to need immune assistance. Gummies are the way to go.
I ordered these for my kids ages 3 %26 5. I was super excited for my kids to try them based on the other reviews. When I received them in my grocery order on 12/5/23 they were really hard and I noticed the they were expired. The expiration on the bottle was 11/30/23.
