Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The CoolAire™ has three modes of intensity – low, medium, and high – so you can stay cool during the toughest moments. The built-in 7” high contrast display will show live stats, including speed, incline, distance, and estimated calories. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth® headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time.
