I bought this soap 🧼 not knowing anything about this particular kind, but I'm glad i did give it a try. It's smells really good in my opinion not overwhelming. Feels great on skin would buy it again!
I typically use the regular or sensitive one, don't like all the scented bars/ body wash... but this one is actually a pleasantly smelling bar, I've purchased it multiple times now.
This is a very cleansing bar soap with minimal-regular lather. The smell is amazing, clean and refreshing. It is has a light fragrance. Only dislike would be that it melts rather quickly.
Love this soap! I wish my local carried this soap. It used to carry it and no longer does. It smells wonderful and makes my skin feel soft and moisturized. Please bring this back to my local Walmart. And make this affordable again. After all it's just soap.
Purifying Detox is a greate soap. Leaves the skin clean and soft, and the scented tea is like being in a spa soft fragrance not too harsh😌 love this my Dove!
Because I ordered this online and couldn't smell it before I bought it, I just assumed because Dove hasn't made a soap I didn't absolutely love, this one had to smell amazing too. Boy was I wrong. I won't be purchasing it again. I've got to stop trusting with out seeing first hand that I am going to be satisfied with anything I get by purchasing online and not in person because so far I have been let down and disappointed in about 80% of everything I have bought from Walmart. I thought that Walmart was more honest and better than they actually are. My eyes have been opened.
I do not like the smell or feel of this soap. I love dove soap and thought i would give the clay soap a try. Its horrible. After taking a bath with that soap, i feel like i need another bath to rid my body of the residue of the clay soap. Defintely a No for me.
I don't like leaving a bad review, but I just wanted to warn anyone with a sensitive nose and save you some dollars in the process. This soap smells terrible and is very strong! I have used the original Dove bar for years but it wasn't available when I needed it this last time, so I branched out and boy do I regret it. Even just having the boxes of soap on my bathroom counter… the odor emanating from them is horrendous. I love Dove, but this is a pass for me. If you struggle liking less common smells or certain scents give you a headache easily, I would skip this one.
Walmart Delivery person handed me my order, I asked are there three items? I asked where is the Dove bar soap, he said it will be delivered by a different person. I informed him the order says it has three items delivered, the soap is not here. Then he said the store only gave him two items! I was charged for the missing soap, spent 30-minutes calling walmart.com for a refund. Why am I being charged for items that the store did not even place in my order and was not delivered? That has occurred multiple times! I had a promo code used on this order and part of my discount was applied to the bar soap, that was lost. The delivery driver stated that he did not have time to tell the store that the bar soap was missing from my order! The Walmart delivery service monthly charge has not been worth the headache!
