Size and color spot on not an average like some vendors or options .
this canopy lasted 2 1/2 years in the az sun and wind, well worth the money, i was amazed. guess because its not actually a crappy wall mart item. would recommend to anyone needing a replacement top.

Second one I bought. This one was a real bear to install. Fades after 2 seasons. Held up well in a storm when I wasn't home to take it down
Found that this items is a good replacement canopy for a Devansh 9.8 Ft. W x 9.8 Ft. D Steel Patio Gazebo sold from Wayfair. Wayfair does sell replacement canopy covers. Item fit well, manufactureed by International Caravan.
Barely fits. It took us a quet sometime to put it on, i think the measurements a little off, smaller than 10x10. But we were able to stretch it. And because of that I think its not gonna serve for a long time. The seams visually diverge.
Seems fine. Much lighter weight fabric than the last one I bought.
I do not recommend it, it does not bring the correct measurements and the material used is of bad heat, I am attaching photos so that you can see how the seams finished mounting it seems that they are going to break, I think that with the first wind it will break. Poor quality product
