Love them! Only time will tell but they feel like they will last a long time and I love the high density rubber toe guard. I'm rough on shoes and this is key for longer lasting ones.
Extremely comfortable shoe - great for all day wear! Well made!
Perfect fit, very comfortable! Definitely recommend!
The catalyst suede shoes are very comfortable walking/hiking shoes. Both for easy trails and urban walking. My feet don't feel tired or sore after a full day of walking. I have been wearing them daily for a month and they are holding up well and still look like new.
I have had merrell boots for years and was always impressed. I got a new job where I work in a rocky forest and ware these daily and couldn't be happier! They are light enough that you can run in them but the provide great traction and have been holding up great! I've only owned them for 6months but no noticeable wear yet.
I like the looks and color of these shoes, but the comfort warrants a minus one star. At least how the felt on my feet. After walking in them for a day my feet felt squeezed on the sides and blistered at the heels. And I bought the same size I had all my Merrells in.
The good: comfortable show. I can wear it anywhere. Just enough give in the sole but not too much. The bad: the lace loop broke on the first day. I relaxed them through the holes so you can't really see it. If you do get them and like to tighten your shoes , don't do it with these
Great looking shoes, but they are definitely lifestyle shoes onky intended for casual wear. They do not have the performance or durability for technical wear.
The boots are comfortable. My main issue is that the laces are at least a foot too long and there are too many lace crossings that have to be pulled tight individually in order to get a tight fit. I don't have especially narrow feet, but I end up having to double knot the laces to keep them from dragging on the ground.
This is a great shoe for the first two weeks. Then the toe cover starts peeling off.
