Bought the refurbished to save money, huge mistake. I worked for about 30 seconds then shut down to never awaken. Because it is sold by a 3rd party the return policies are different so I was turned away when I printed the return slip and tried to return to my local Walmart. Because it is a 3rd party selling it then communication is very difficult, everything goes thru Walmart's messaging. I now have $100 worth of pure trash, don't make my mistake, stay far far away from this product.
