A Chronic Pain Mgmt doctor recommended using arnica montana for muscle soreness. This manufacturer has a good level of arnica montana in the product, and is the best of the several I've tried.
This product has a high concentration of arnica and a healthy formula for the other ingredients. For me it is much better to rub some on the spot that needs it rather than take a pill that has to go through my digestive tract and possibly interfere with medicines I have to take.
