This item was listed as new. The controllers both analog sticks get stuck when moved around and when you press them down they do not click and get stuck. I also noticed that the item box seal was opened and some of the extra thumbstick buttons were outside their grove. I was also disappointed on how it was delivered. The item did not come in a box with packaging, instead it came in a FedEx plastic bag/envelope with no packaging to protect it. Who knows how many times it was tossed around in trucks and planes. For the price I paid I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will not trust seller again.
