The mineral samples we received were acceptable, but the student worksheet was unusable. First, its quality was too poor to make photocopies of it. But upon reading it, we found multiple typos and errors. Most frustratingly, the data table in the student packet already had the answers filled in, and some of the answers in the key for the data table were just wrong. We had to retype the entire packet to make it usable by students. The expected data for a couple of the minerals was different from the results we got, but this wasn't that big of a deal. More of a teaching moment…I wouldn't pay this much for this kit again. We were very disappointed.
