[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the best thing to use this machine ,bluetooth and not have to be asking what time or temperature to set to my project ....is fabulous
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new EasyPress 3 and the new Cricut Heat App! Even though I'm a seasoned crafter, I've always used the online EasyPress Interactive heat guide to ensure I'm pressing things correctly. I love that the app takes out all the guesswork. It sends the information to the EP3 and the app walks you through every part of the process. I recently used my EP3 (and EP2) for a onesie station at a baby shower and the app made it so easy and everyone had such a great time making onesies for the new baby. Everyone LOVED it! The EP3 and the app made makes it easy for even inexperienced crafters to make awesome projects.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very pleased. It was easy to setup in the Cricut Heat App. I love the quick videos in the App to show how to use the Easypress, as I am a visual person. I no longer have to guess the temperature or time as the App works great by sending the settings to the EP3. I also can use the Easypress 3 without the app if I want to. It's very convenient.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before Cricut had introduced the EasyPress, I had another press. When I got the EasyPress 2, that old press began to gather dust so I donated it to a friend. I love the EasyPress for its portability and ease of use. Well add to that Bluetooth capability with the new Heat app and now I have the same great function plus step-by-step instructions at my fingertips. I consider myself an intermediate-level crafter, so imagine my surprise when I used the Heat app and realized how many steps I was skipping in a regular basis. This press will save me so much time and many materials. I also love the safety feature of auto shutoff if I happen to forget. Next to my Cricut Maker 3, this is my favorite machine for crafting.
Packs a press over used my easy press for small jobs which came out great! I recently mad a card stock invitation using star craft foil and it came out great! Glad I purchased this
From setup to final iron on project , I had no issues . No more guessing with an iron and using a separate timer . This press is awesome
Great product. Only worked for three months. However, cricut did replace it with a new or refurbished one. Not made clear? They do have good customer service although a little bit frustrating to continue to send picture after picture to prove that it was broken we will see how long this next one lasts!
Upon setting up the easy press 3 on the Cricut heat app I realized it needed an update on the heat app itself. Little did I know this update would take hours on end, drain my iPhone battery numerous times, just to fail to update. I went on Reddit and noticed people were experiencing the same exact issues. The only way I was able to successfully update was to use a family members Android, download the heat app and update it from there. Once I logged back into the heat app on my iPhone it was good to go. However this isn't ideal and seems like an initial compatibility issue that Cricut has with IOS. This was a pain and hopefully can get resolved sooner than later. Once it was updated I was able to use the Cricut Heat app + easy press 3. The Cricut Heat app is pretty self explanatory/easy to use and really does everything for you once you select the fabric you're using. I will say you do need to really push all your weight down on the easy press + fabric to ensure the HTV Vinyl sticks. I still went ahead and used my iron on a light setting to go over the vinyl and reinforce the material onto the fabric before peeling it off. I am pretty satisfied with the Easy Press 3 but they do need to fix the IOS update issues.
I bought this and I used it a couple of times and I really like the heat press app and I like that it knows the temperature and it hits it and sustains it accurately. I did return it though. Amazon had a sale on the CRICUT auto press For $599. That is $300 more than this device. And it is far away the better press. I had $160 in promotional credits so I bought that one. I have been so super happy with it in conjunction with my, PYDLIFE sublimation oven to handle the non-textile sublimation. I love this press. I have not had anything come out bad. I also got the four year warranty. When it comes down to it, the CRICUT easy press is a one trick pony. The thing is heavy and Has to be moved around. I would say if it's not beyond a person's means, get the auto press.
It stopped working gave me an error code two months after I bought it.
