I bought this recently and was pleasantly surprised. May not be a appetite controller but it a refreshing helper. The smell is pleasant and it is a nice reminder when you smell it and say the positive affirmations that you don't want to overeat, then it reinforces your goal. I like it but it is not a diet solution but is a nice helper.
I really liked the product. I suffer from Mid Day Blahs, after lunch and using the Stay Alert Inhaler has pushed me through that slump of the day. Whenever I need to be a little more alert I use it and the fragrance is awesome! I also say the affirmation when I use it and it makes me feel good about myself. I was surprised that my skeptical husband loved it also! I had to order him one.
I hate the smell. I had asthma attacks %26 stomach pain %26 nausea after each time I tried it. Plus, it didn't do anything that it claims the ingredients do.
