I never used eye shadow as Liner until my wedding day and now I love having a little shade under my eye! This brush works perfect for it! Even when you have longer eyelashes!
I just bought this eyeliner brush and it does the job pretty well. I love it for underneath my eyes when applying eyeshadow. Was using my fingers before and it wasn’t doing the trick that well. The bristles are soft and was very affordable. i would definitely purchase again
Good stiff brush. Wish the handle was about 2" longer (I'm using for a different purpose than eye makeup).
love this makeup brush, it works great for powder eyeliner on the lid, and underneath the eye!
This seems to help smudge my eyeliner where my sponge smudger I've been using prior to purchasing this one just doesn't do the job softly enough.
Great brush, [$]! It's just as good as other brushes that are more than 10x the price. The only negative was that the brush didn't seem to last as long -- but again at the price, it's not so great of a deal to replace! (Washing daily with makeup remover seemed to help it last longer).
This was okay, but when I pulled it out of the bag the stuff came in, the metal part disconnected from the wooden part of the brush, and I had to super-glue it, but it works better for detailed eyeshadow or other uses...it's a bit tricky for eyeliner, but I use it for eyeshadow on the lower lashline if I have any.
The first time I ordered this eyeliner brush, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED it- the hairs were dense and firm, but not overly abrasive on my lashline. The brush also picked up colors very nicely and can be used for both lining and defining [smaller] eyebrows. It was a very functional and extremely reasonably priced brush. HOWEVER AND UNFORTUNATELY, when I re-ordered another eyeliner brush from elf, I received a very different brush! This second brush was very thin and the bristles were flimsy and slightly tapered at the ends (it was similar to elf's soft small concealer brush). :( This one was useless for lining - hence the 3 stars. So, if you're going to buy this brush, it may be a gamble. But for the low price and if you're looking for something functional, I would suggest buying more than one to up your odds of getting a good brush. Hope this helps! :)
I bought two of these brushes but for some reason, one is a different size: one brush is as it appears on the website, while the other has a thinner, longer brush head. Both are labeled as the eyeliner brush. I don't know if one is an older version and the other is a redesigned version...? Besides the inconsistency, these brushes work well and are soft. I'm just not sure which one it should be.
This is suppose to be for eyeliner but its just too thick..but i do use it as an eyeshadow brush for defining the eye on the lower lashes near the water line and tear drop (ITS amazing for that) and sometime i also used it as eyebrow brush to fill the gaps..so its perfect for that but not for eyeliner
