I've had this straight iron for about a year and it has worked great for me. The plates are starting to peel so now I need to replace it but will probably buy the same one. I prefer the 2 inch over the skinnier ones.
i bought the straightner and it worked great for 1 day,1 day.....the next day it wouldnt heat up it stayed COLD... I RETURNED IT!!!
