The Blackstone collapsible basting dome is amazing. It has is extremely versatile. You can do so many different things with just this one prouct. The silicone is thick and durable. It is very easy to clean. You can use it while cooking or as a plate and bowl. The silicone handle is comfortable. It doesn't collapse in on itself but it is easy to collapse. We use it to keep splattering to a minimum, melt cheese and steam veggies. I love that I can use it to cook with and immediately use it to serve with. This dome is probably our favorite Blackstone accessory. I highly recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a basting cover for awhile. I've tried this out on my Blackstone griddle, my electric mainstay griddle, and even my lodge cast iron griddle/grill. It fits all and has worked great so far. I love that it is collapsible so it stores easier. It's not metal, so I'm less likely to burn myself. And the fact it doubles as a prep bowl is fantastic! I've used it to help carry sliced potatoes outside to cook on my Blackstone griddle, and used it to help bast afterwards! I'm including a couple photos of how well it fits on my smallest griddle/grill which is my lodge cast iron pan. (Forgot to take photos in action as I tend to multitask while griddling the foods.) But definitely recommend as it is a good size, collapses to an easy to store size, has a flat and sturdy bottom when used as a prep bowl, doesn't get too hot, and holds in heat when melting cheese or cooking potatoes. 5 stars for the Blackstone collapsible basting dome.

Such a cool gadget to have! it has multiple uses and it really comes in handy for me. We as a family love to camp so it's perfect. Saves space, serves as a serving bowl, melts cheese on the grill, or steams veggies. Great as a bowl for movie night. Its a pretty decent size, not too small or too big. Easy to use for everybody!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for camping. This sweats onions for cheesesteaks perfectly. It also makes a bowl if you flip upside down. Easy clean up and foldable storage is a win win for a camper. I highly recommend if you camp.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this is a multi-purpose tool! 1st, you can use it as a lid on food and its large size will work great for that. And then 2nd, flip it over and you have a serving container! Its solid and will last a very very long time!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is used as a basting dome, but I don't use it that way much. I use it as a bowl for fresh fruit. It's a collapsible soft silicone, so it's very easy to store when it's not being used. And you can unfold it to two sizes for a large or medium size bowl. The pictures show the fruit in the bowl fully opened and opened halfway. When using as a basting dome it's pretty large and covers the food well. There's a handle on the top to easily move it on and off the grill. Very nice product.

I received it a little later than expected but that’s ok because the grilling season is just around the corner and I can’t wait to use this we have tons of cast irons and I’ve always wanted a dome to help meat cook faster and to help separate food. This is perfect and I know black stone is a great brand
