SO I TRYED THIS STRAIGHTNER AT MY FRIENDS HOUSE AND IT LOOKED GREAT AND I HAVE REALLY REALLY THICK HAIR AND SO DOES SHE SO I LOOKED FOR THE SAME ONE ONLINE AND I FOUND IT THE STRAIGHTNER WORKS GREAT! AND HEATS UP FAST WITH DIFFERENT HEAT SETTINGS I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS :)!
I've had this product for nearly three years and I am really happy with it. I had replaced a $100 straightener from a beauty store that stopped heating properly after barely a few months of use. I'd never purchased a straightener this cheap before but so glad I did. Three years later the thing still heats up super-hot and works really well, and I use it almost daily (against my stylist's advice!) Make sure to store it without twisting the cord all up, since you can damage the electrical by wrapping the cords on these tools. Also, to people who aren't getting results, maybe you need to try smaller sections of hair. That is how I get better results. I use this to do a lot of twisting curls and it works just beautifully.

Great flat iron for everyday use. Heats up fast and is so easy to use. I also love that the titanium irons do not damage your hair as much. Fantastic price and love the color!
It was smooth, used once in every 2-3 weeks, burn after use of one year. Will buy a different replacement.
I bought this two days ago, and I tried using it and I really liked the plates and the look and everything but it doesn't heat up hot enough... often times i turn down my heating tools to the medium heat setting and it still works but this was on the highest heat setting and the best it would do it make my hair ALMOST straight.. (I have medium curls, naturally, a bit frizzy). It also took forever to get one piece straight versus my old straightener (broke).
i got this for my birthday and its terrible and doesnt work or heat up at all!save your money!
It doesn't even heat up enough to straighten your hair. Don't waste your money and time on this piece of trash.
