These fit perfectly into my gym shoes and help me stay on my feet longer at the gym. The arch is in the right place, and it really does reduce my foot pain when I am going my hour long dance classes. Very easy to use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
My daughter has flat feet. When she was 10 years old (now 13), my mother took her to Wal-Mart to have a foot analysis done. The recommendation was for the orthotics for flat feet. She had immediate relief! No more foot pain! She can now go hiking, ride her bike and do other activities pain-free that she could not do for long before. Going out to buy another pair today.
Gives the right amount of arch support. I don't feel an pain while wearing my sneakers.

This orthosis for relief of the arch of Dr Scholls is truly useful for people like me with orthopedic problems. It is highly recommended and really fulfills its function objectively because it provides your foot with incredible rest and relief. Its manufacturing material is very soft but at the same time offers a lot of comfort. It is very practical and easy to use since it adapts perfectly to your need, feeling relaxation after a long day's work. Its a good idea but there isnt enough room in my shoes for the arch support. I traded arch pain for less arch pain and tight shoes. They arent the solution for me. Plus, I hate feeling the seam created by the front end of the insert.
I didn't realize how uncomfortable my shoes were until I put these Dr. Scholl's Pain Relief Orthotics for Arch Pain inserts in them and wow, what a difference. They slip in easily, fit well and feel great. I have very flat arches and after standing all day my feet would be sore and painful. I have already noticed a big difference in how my feet feel at the end of the day. I highly recommend these if you have arch pain - they do work great! I have bought a lot of shoe inserts to help with my tired, painful arches, and these are by far the best for this price range. I'm a nanny of small active children and we're always up and moving, so I need arch support that lasts all day. I primarily wear them for work and the gym, so my more practicle shoes. The higher heel makes wearing them in cuter shoes like flats or high heels for my off time impracticable, they make my foot come out f the shoe. The ladies version of these are not as supportive, which is a bummer.
These are terribly made. They are VERY thick, making me both taller and uncomfortable in my shoe. It made my foot bulge out of my shoe, even after loosening the laces. They are just over half the length of the shoe so they slide forward as you walk. They do provide arch support but not worth the discomfort it creates to ease arch discomfort. Terribly disappointed.
