Horrible! Did nothing! Just ordered via Bayer One A Day. General use the Walmart brand. They were out. No Soring Valley. So tried these. Ineffective! Horrible. My hair usually grows while I'm on the others. My appetite is better too. Overall nothing happened on these fatigue. hungry hair brittle and loss. Nothing!
