I got this to put in my daughter's playroom because it matched the overall theme. I love that it plays music, and spins slowly. The colorful pink felt balls are beautifully paired with the gold and white hanger. This takes 3 AAA batteries, and you have the ability to turn the music up or down. My 2 year old loves it, and likes to listen to it while she is playing! It is really easy to put together too, and comes with easy to follow instructions. This mobile is my daughter's favorite thing in her room. She watches it till she falls asleep. I like that it plays music for 30 mins enough time for her to fall asleep watching it so I don't have to worry about winding it up constantly. We haven't set up the baby's crib yet but we did put this together. It was very simple took all of about 5 minutes. The music is so so soothing, I wish it could clip on so I could put it on her bassinet but my husband made it work. The design is simple but yet so elegant, feminine and simply beautiful. Love Layla Musical Baby Crib Mobile is very cute, easy to assemble. Is great quality, stylish and just adorable. Love the music, very relaxed, plays for 20 minutes and has volume control. It plays Brahms Lullaby, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, and Rock-A-Bye Baby, just need to buy some batteries, doesn't come with batteries, otherwise, I love it, and my daughter too! This mobile is simple but very elegant at the same time. If you buy the set then you have everything you need and this just completes it. It was fairly easy to put together although I did have a little difficulty putting the music box onto the plastic hook. I do like that this has the ability to play the lullaby music although I wish that it would play longer than 20 minutes. Overall love this set it's so pretty. Although it is beautiful and modern which is what we wanted; Item started to smell like burnt plastic and we realized it was on fire. Used mobile for one month. Do not buy....not safe.
