It screws into the door frame pretty easy you definitely need an electric drill for that part, but yeah definitely safe definitely toddler proof
I needed a pet gate for my sweet Bella and this does the job. No more having to pull her kennel across the floor to block the door way when I have to go off.
Really sturdy baby gate. It was really easy to install too and my daughter has tried opening it but couldn't.
This safety gate was very easy to assemble and install. I really like how the gate locks and how it can swing in either direction. I highly recommend it.
works great! using it as a puppy gate at the stairs. easy install. very sturdy material. doesn't feel cheap. even easy for our 10yr old child to open and close.
We're pleased with our new gate—it effectively serves its purpose of keeping the new puppy from accessing the upstairs area. It's sturdy and fits our space well. Despite the instructions recommending two extensions for spaces larger than 35 inches, our 36-inch space only needed one extension. The installation process, however, was not enjoyable. It lacked clarity regarding the need to adjust the triangular pieces on the bumpers to secure the gate properly. Although we eventually figured it out, it took us approximately an hour in total. Nevertheless, now that it's installed, the gate works wonderfully for our pup.
Our friends have this gate and like it, but for us we will see. The gate seems to scrape the floor when open, so idk if we need to adjust or what. It was a bit more difficult to install than I expected. But overall we like it
This baby gate it sturdy and solid ..the last baby gate I had was filmsy and I debated in getting another but my fur baby NEEDS limits to certain areas of the house .
I purchased this gate after I had a little one that became mobile, and I wanted to keep her out of various rooms. Sadly, it ended up snapping at the wall joint after the little one spooked the dog, who crashed headfirst into it. I'd have given them a five, but the fact I cannot, for the life of me find a spare part, is highly distressing and I took 2 stars off as it seems like I have to buy an entirely new gate to get the part I need.
I'm not happy with this gate, the metal bars are made thinner than the other higher priced gates made by the same company. It doesn't seem sturdy or stable to me the bars are thin and I fear they would break, I would definitely return it if I was using it for children, but I'm just using it to keep my small dogs out of the living room/front door and for that. It works just fine because they are small dogs, but if I had large dogs I would have to return it
