They work great as cloth diaper pins. They take two hands to open the lock, but they won't pop open. The locking head is slightly sticky to open, but I think that will loosen over time.
Brought for elder parent who couldn't walk. So we could pin things to like the couch, so she would have everyday items at her fingertips. pins strong. can hold weight without caving in.
My husband is paralyzed on his right hand so I needed to pin his sheet and blankets together so he could pull the covers over him at night. We did not need a large amount of pins so six was just enough and they won't pop open to stick him with. They are large enough also to go through the blankets.
Safe, sturdy, and secure pins. The snap lock on top ensures no accidental unpinning. Highly recommend!
These are great pens. Have a little safety feature that's nice. Great for the project I needed them for. Great price also.
These did the job I needed them for. Were a little hard to push through regular type fabric (like pillow case), but probably work well on looser weave material. Five out of the six opened and closed easily--one did not. Ordered on Walmart website--rather pricey at about a dollar a piece.
Used them to pin a towel to my friends recliner footrest and didn't take long for them to come off and she almost tripped and fell over the hanging towel on the floor! They need to make the enclosure for the sharp points more durable!
Couldn't find the ones I wanted. They aren't available in store %26 the delivery of them was delayed.
These pin are TERRIBLE !!!!! Can NOT OPEN without a struggle ! I bought these based on the Dritz Name! Big mistake!!
These diaper pins are as dull as could be so they are difficult to get to go through fabric. With some of the pins it is easy to use the fail safe safety opening , but others are impossible to open once they have been closed. Fortunately I am using mine just to hold something in place permanently or else I would have to cut the pin out of the material. This is a very unreliable product.
