Stone ground from whole rye berries cracked rye is a good source of iron, protein and dietary fiber. Directions Cooking Instructions:3 cups Water tsp Salt1 cup Cracked RyeIn a medium saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Add cracked rye and reduce heat to low.
