I have been using TwinLab Daily One Caps for years and have always been satisfied with them. What I didn't like was that this shipment came in a plastic bottle for the first time, and I have used TwinLab supplements because they have always come in a glass bottle.
I have found this pill makes me feel excellent. It is a very strong pill though so you must take it after food and I strongly recommend taking it from noon on as in the morning it could make you feel a little sick (once took it after a small breakfast and lets say it was the last time). Outside of that I have never used a better one a day and my body really responds well to it.
The Twinlab daily one w/o iron is the only vitamin I take. I have tried others and had some nasty side effects. I believe vitamins should not make you sick? Vitamins in capsule form are the best and get into your system the quickest for absorption. So I would recommend these to everyone. The price is very good too.

I am a strong believer about taking a ONE DAILY Vitamins for the maintenance of good health on an ongoing basis. I also make sure of the dosage that is appropriate to my personal needs. With age, no iron is needed anymore for an older woman. Also, I fully trust the Twinlab to stand behind their product. For all these reasons I continue to take My Daily One Vitamins from Twinlab, which in my opinion, when compared in quality and cost, ranks high up on top of other sources.

If you're like me and you can't handle iron in your multivitamin, then this is one of the best. Not only does it NOT contain iron, I don't seem to get the sour burps that can be associated with multivitamins. There are no artificial ingredients, from what I can tell from reading the label, so it's a healthier option if your concerned about that.
Take 2 lots of supplements a day. Morning and afternoon or evening. Switched my multi from morning to afternoon. Made me ill for 1 or 2 minutes. Maybe my breakfast meal was not substantial in fats and oils to metabolize properly. Works well now. Can't say if this does the trick because I keep up my supplement regime. Well try Swanson brand. Is cheaper with higher quantity so order less.
I bought this a month or so ago after doing extensive research. The caplet and formulation as well as the producer all were highly regarded. But there are two caveats - the caplet is large. Yes, there is a chart showing the size, but the pill is larger than I thought it would be. (This is my incorrect assessment, but the pill is large.) In addition due to the high level of riboflavin, your body excretes the excess, which turns urine a bright orange.
Have taken this for years. The current manufacturing process has made a capsule that has a very, very bad odor such that every time the bottle is opened the area around it smells awful! I keep the bottle tightly closed and in the fridge : and only after getting information from Twin Lab as to the cause ( new source for one of the ingredients and TW will be changing back to the source previously used) and to the product safety ( still safe to ingest) did I resume using this brand. Evidently many customers have remarked/complained about that odor that does not lessen after the bottle is opened and ‘aired' so to speak.
