Great hearing protection at 25 dB attenuation. Passive speakers, no batteries required. Decent audio quality and volume.
When I plugged in my i-pod I had to turn volumn all the way up to hear it comfortably. I could not stand that volume with my ear buds. Otherwise I would have given a 5 stars.
