I gave it to my husband as a Christmas present, he loved it, the PlayStation, it came in great condition and worked really well.
I purchased this PS5. It came quickly, and the box was in excellent condition. I plugged in the device and was able to set it up with no issues. I have been using it for 3 months now and I am satisfied with my purchase so far. I would buy this product again if I was going to buy another. I believe the seller was honest in their description. I also think the seller packed the product with care. I received the digital version of the game. I did receive the PS5 in the box but I did not take a picture of the box.
Got what I purchased and fast
This item was shipped fairly fast and delivered within another box so that it concealed the item. Also, loved that I was able to track when the item would be delivered, which enabled us to be home at the time of delivery. The item itself had everything except for the actual box showing Final Fantasy XVI. In addition, the game does not come as a disc but as a code to download. This wasn't to big of a deal for us, but it would have been nice to wrap the game to give as a gift for Christmas. Besides that it works great and will have plenty of storage for my families gaming desires.
I was surprised at how fast my order was completed and BOTH arrived at the same time! I was very happy! GREAT JOB!
Ordered the bundle with the Mytrix controller charger, controller and the system. Box was delivered and the charger was not in the box. Customer service could only send me a label to return the entire system, get a refund then reorder. Not at all helpful and would take weeks to resolve. The actual system is great just wish the box had all of the components promised in the bundle.
I specifically bought this bundle for the 2.8TB and the fact that it came with the GOW game. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the box and there wasn't a game.
Sends you a region 2 system and the box says 825 gb. When trying to figure out the system is impossible as the entire box and instructions are in another language.
Mytrix controller charger is not included but in the picture and details. Customer service has not replied to me. Very sad situation.
Ordered upgraded God of War version, but was sent standard basic version. Don't have time to replace it now
