Easy to use clear signal very long battery life. Amazing value. Competes with the jawbone for much less. Not as good in wind etc as the jawbone. Seems to be very good in the car based on feedback I get from people I talk to.
At $29.95, this headset is an extraordinary value. Excellent sound quality. Long battery life. Fast charging. Easy pairing. Durable construction. Easy to use. Only possible con is the earpiece. It is stiff and may not be comfortable for all users. Plantronics has been making phone accessories for years, even before cellphones. That is why I went with this product. It works very well.

This is the 2nd bluetooth device I've owned, however, this is the first Plantronics brand. This by far is the best bluetooth I've had (even though I've only had two now - but they are worlds apart). I am really happy with my purchase. The first bluetooth device I owned was so lousy that I couldn't even use it. I ask people for feedback on sound quality during calls. They tell me it sounds good and clear. I like that this has a volume control too. Some actually do not have that. If you lose a call you tap twice on ear piece and your party is redialed. Simple, easy, worth every penny!
this is the second earpiece i have owned,and this one is great!!.i drive a noisy truck for work and this thing cuts out all the background noise even with the window down!!! my old set everyone told me it sounded like i was riding a atv even with the windows up.i have nothing but good things to say about this item,and for $29.95 its simply amazing!!.i have a personal phone and a company phone i have to keep with me at all times while on the road and paring them both to this headset is easy,and makes life much easier.it is also very comfortable.
I drive a truck for a living and go through a lot of blue tooth devices. My last was a Jawbone 2 which was an awesome earpiece until the battery died. I was going to get the newer version (Jawbone ERA) but the Walmart location I was at didn't sell this item unlike my home store. I looked at the earpieces they had and decided to try a cheaper one and if it didn't work I could use it at home because trucks have a lot of wind noise so I was optimistic. I charged the earpiece for 2 hrs. on a Wednesday and haven't had to charge it yet and today is Saturday. I made several calls to see what people said about the noise and no one mentioned any noise to me during all of the calls. After no one said anything I had to ask because I was dieing to know if they heard any noise. Everyone said they either heard no noise or a faint wind noise but nothing annoying. I couldn't believe a $29.95 earpiece could compete with a $100.00 earpiece but I was wrong. This device is worth every penny and more.
I am so pleased with how well it works. The sound is really clear.
Bought this at my local Walmart for only $29.99 and it is by far the best and only bluetooth I will ever use. I have small opening in my ears, and most bluetooth devices hurt my ear, or pinch my lobe, but this one, has the perfect size earpiece and the most comfortable behind the ear clip. I wear this and it is so light, that I forget sometimes. Not to mention the range is awesome. I can leave my phone on the charger and walk into my office over 40 feet away and 3 walls between, and the clarity is awesome. Definately recommend this for anyone that has had horrible experiences with bluetooth headsets. The only one that truely was comfortable... Might go buy a spare in case they discontinue them.
