I got this for a Christmas gift for my girls. The product case is cheaply made. The inserts with the makeup got stuck so in order for me to get them out they ripped. THe case came chipped. Its something for them to have fun for a couple of weeks but then it will be trashed.
I was very disappointed with this product. I had the makeup case shipped to my house and when I open the case a few of the eye-shadows were broken and one of the lip gloss evaporated. I'm not sure if the broken piece was due to the shipping , overall it is a really cute makeup kit to play dress up with. If it wasn't for the broken makeup , my daughter still love it.
I want to start out by saying my daughter LOVES this! That said, I don't. The case is poorly constructed, it's difficult to open and to remove the applicators (of which there are only two), the corners of the eye shadow drawers broke off the first day. The mirror and lights are nice features that both my daughter & I appreciate. All in all, I recommend buying a set made for a more mature age group in hopes of getting batter quality.
I was really looking forward to this since most kids make up kits come with very little items.. It arrived and I heard a rattling. A piece had broken off and the receipt that came in the bag was for someone in Minnesota! Things happen and I figured I still had time. I went to a local walmart and they ordered it for me on a Friday and it arrived today on a Tuesday. It was broken at the same spot! I'm just going to return it. Ive ordered plenty of things from Walmart.com and this is the first bad experience.
This came in broken. The out side case was broken into pieces, I didn't let her open it to see if the inside was too. I had to give it to her because it was my only gift for her. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. They shipped it in an envelope, not a box and the envelope wasn't even padded. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
My girls wanted a little makeup set for Christmas and I was so disappointed with this. My daughter went to open it and the drawer was jammed and it completely broke when I tried to open it. Eyeshadows inside were cracked and broken :(
Item came broken and I have reached out twice and have not received any response.
I received this and when I got it out of the box the makeup was all broken up inside the package. I tried to call and get a replacement for our local store but they did not have any instock. It was too late to do anything as we open gifts with family early. Had to get another gift for the lil girl!!!
This product was shipped with NO padding, just a thin envelop (almost like a plastic bag type quality) and arrived with the hard plastic shell shattered in pieces. Not impressed that I now have to return this and start all over.
ordered this really cool makeup vanity for my daughter. Was dropped in a mailing envelope and sent. Of course there's plastic edges and knobs that were all broken when it arrived. Not to mention the crushed purple eyeshadow that went everywhere. Probably won't order from this site again.
