Moms choose tabletop pumps for performance, but they often sacrifice the ability to be hands-free because of that choice. With the new Pump In Style Hands-free Breast Pump, you don't need to sacrifice convenience for performance. Medela Pump In Style double electric breast pump helps busy moms multitask freely while still delivering hospital performance, and 11.8% more milk*. The anatomically designed collection cups come separate from the pump and fit comfortably in most nursing bras, providing discretion. I got this on a whim because my pump through insurance was in transit, and it was the best money spent. It does an excellent job emptying me out, is hands free, and the suction settings are very convenient. I use it 6-ish times a day, and it's held up well. I just wish Walmart sold the replacement parts in store.
Wait until the prep runs and slows down to a pump before increasing the pressure. Runs for half an hour before shutting off, so you don't have to worry about forgetting to set a timer. I've put it through a fee months and it has still held up, even after being accidentally knocked off of some surfaces.
I got this pump through my insurance and I love it. I originally was using a wearable pump but since switching to this one, I've doubled my output. Highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a trusted Medela breast pump consumer since 2014. I trust their products and would recommend this brand to anybody! Unfortunately, I did not have that much success with my newest medela pump on the market. Thank you so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the Medela Pump in Style Hands free! I was a little intimidated to try this pump as I have never tried a hands free option. After getting the hang of it, the one thing I didn't enjoy about this pump in particular was being confined to the wall. This pump does come with an on the go portable battery pack, but there were more times than once when I tried to use my pump outside of the home and it would not work. The batteries would come out of the compartment and it wouldn't make the pump turn on when the batteries were put back. I found it to be extremely fragile and it became inconvenient when I relied on my pump to work, and it wouldn't turn on. I had even reached out to the brand and received a replacement because I thought the one I had was defective, but the same thing was happening with the new one as well. The Medela customer service team was really helpful! I wish this pump did not need to be plugged in or need the battery pack, because besides those two factors, the pump itself is amazing. I really loved the cups and the ease I had pouring the milk out. I had great milk output with this pump and enjoyed using it, I just wish it was easier with less stuff needed to make it work on the go.
The batteries died in the portable piece within a week. I also felt like the suction isn't as strong with the battery cord vs the wall plug-in cord. The cups don't stick onto you unless you're wearing a nursing bra %26 you have to lean forward while pumping so the milk doesn't spill out. Totally a pain to use. Completely defeats the purpose of having a “portable” pump
Pump did not have enough suction. Walmart would not take it back since I didn't have the product box. I had a receipt, bought less than 30 days ago, and had purchased the protection plan. I will never buy an expensive item in a cheap store, Walmart, again. In fact, I will never set foot in any Walmart ever again.
This is not a good option to buy. It says hands-free. But it is not. It is hands-free if you use a sports bra. Also the size is not correct. Please check your nipple size and find out how much mm will you need to pump milk. Overall go for another product. My money is wasted
I ordered this breast pump online for curbside pickup and i received a used one from a store associate once picked up. I requested a new one and the associate denied my request. I then went inside the store to speak with customer service and all the could offer is to process a return and add funds to a gift card so i can go buy a new breast pump in store, however i had to pay a difference of $50.00! For a mistake that a Walmart employee made. Not me. Do not order anything online as they will give people used and filthy items.
got this today and go to use it the noise it made was atrocious with how loud it was.... tried to see if i did something wrong putting the pieces together.... must i add that when the sound is loudest the suction is worst the more quiet side of the soud as it does increase and decrease .... and now im stuck with a pump that is unusable and out a ton of money as i have no idea what to do with this thing.... so much for trying to alliviate a clogged duct leading to mastitis...
product was opened and USED!! it had someone else's milk traces on it . so unprofessional. Walmart plus have worse service ever!! i want refund!! and shouldn't be returning the item!! Walmart will sell it to others.
