I get whole bean, regular and decaf and mix them. It makes a great cup of coffee and only half the caffeination. It is a win for me since I have to cut down on caffeine. I can't tell the difference when I use the Eight O'clock brand of both.
We've tried many other coffees, from expensive gourmet to most all of the national brands and we always come back to Eight O'Clock. We use decaf whole bean and Colombian Peaks. It's all good!!
I have been trying to lower my caffeine intake. I mix 1/3 Decaf with 2/3 Columbian and the taste is great. Eight O'clock is the best tasting, coffee value that I know of.
I used this coffee in my espresso machine for lattes. I was very pleased with the test. The beans are not overly oily, and they had a smooth taste. It is hard to find decaf coffee beans as a decent price. This was a great find.
This is the best decaf for espresso and in general. It really tastes like standard coffee, and a good standard coffee too. If you normally don't like decaf, I highly suggest you give this one a try. It is better than some more expensive brands.
I've been trying to find good decaf beans for years. I often crave coffee in the afternoons or evenings, and enjoy freshly ground coffee. This definitely will be my go to for decaf. I also plan to mix it with the Hazelnut beans for when I want half-caff. I bought this on sale for around $10. This was a win!
Pleased. Fresh. Package expiration date 9 months out, better than store shelf. I don't think I could distinguish any flavor difference from caffeinated.
I love the whole bean coffee. That way you can get the flavor that you want by grinding to your likeness. Eight O'clock coffee is a great coffee with a very good flavor.
It's sometimes hard to find decaf whole beans at a reasonable price. I haven't tasted the coffee yet, but it smells wonderful and I am truly amazed at the speed of shipping to my rural area. Can't be beat!
Used this brand of coffee for years. It (decaf beans) disappeared from our market probably 10 years ago. We jumped at the chance to have the opportunity to once again enjoy the wonderful taste we remember so well. Extremely disappointed, coffee has very little taste reqardless of strength.
