My friend was in rehab for a few months sturggling with addiction. After he got out hed always tell m tha the beds they had there were elite. Hed tell me that since he returned from rehab his sleep hasnt been the same. I called the rehab to find out the bed brand and ordered it immediately. Its the best gift ever. He was so happy.
I weigh 280 pounds so as you can imagine it is very tough for me to find beds. I had no issues with this bed and I am very grateful to the creators of it.

This bed is the same one we were renting for my mother for $250 per month. But this one has a foam instead of innerspring mattress. I like this one better. Plus it's a real money-saver.
IT'S OKAY BUT NOT A COMFORTABLE AS WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE... THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE HORRIBLE.
Be aware - this seller's name is not truly "Healthy Living" - it is Medline. They will not speak to you on the phone if you have an issue, only via very slow (every few days) email exchanges without Last Names, Phone Numbers or Company Information in the body of the email. Heaven help those who have an urgent need for a hospital bed - and who doesn't if they are ordering a hospital bed? The pallet received was missing the bed frame and electronics and they want me to ship them the mattress, head/footboards and rails before they will send another bed. Try doing that while caring for an ill loved one. Truly the most frustrating online experience I have ever had.

I have had plenty of experience with mechanical devices. This was absolutely the most difficult item I have had with assembly in 50 years! I actually had to call an engineer out to complete the assembly, and even then it was difficult! There is a coupling that fits (with agonizing difficulty) from the footboard to the motor. It simply would not connect even though all parts appeared to be lined up. When I called tech support at first I got a repeated answer that the tech had not encountered this problem ever, which of course was not a useful solution to the probem. Eventually he did solve the problem, thhoug it was still difficult, by suggesting loosening both the motor and the footboard unit. It took three days to complete assembly! Next problem, the hand rails were missing a connector tube. It took us a while to figure out something was missing. When I reported this to the manufacturer I was told they could not ship the part separately! Enter Amazon. Thank goodness; they refunded the price of the side rails. I ordered another pair, which should arrive soon. Once we got the bed together it worked fine and fits the needs of my wife. I withhold judgment on the new handrails until they are installed. Tech said it would take about 5 minutes. We will see! Recommendation: DO NOT purchase this bed. Sure, it could be a fluke, but why take the chance?
I just received my bed on 11/6 and 11/7 via FEDEX. Family members assembled the bed on 11/7 out the box according the instructions. I received 3 boxes from FEDEX. Bed does work. We notice that the bed had some dents on it out the box, the motor was already crack and defective as well. We took pictures. Recognized that this was not the bed that was advertised but still put it together. Family member in great need due to pain. Once bed was completely assembled.......mattress, bed etc does not move at all. Possible defect from the factory or missing parts. I recommend that you take pictures of you items. We will be contacting the company for solution to this problem. If they do not provide support, then the bed will be returned.
I have been trying to get a refund on this for over a month .The seller is jerking me around .Please walmart help me . I bought and paid on walmart site . The order number and the bed i received were not the same.I cut myself 2 times on the one working hand rail .I am sleeping on the couch and can't even bring my old bed back in .This is a expensive problem. Please respond .
