I have been a loyal consumer of Toscano for years and I am NOT about to stop now. My bookends and the Dragon Ornament I ordered this time were above and beyond my expectations as has everything I have ever ordered in the past. There are times the prices pinch a little, but I have never EVER been disappointed with one single purchase from them. I recommend them to everyone I know and even those I don't know as I walk through aisles in the craft stores as I watch others gazing over the shelf items they "think" they want. I have personally pulled out a piece of paper from my purse and written down the web site for Toscano and given it to total strangers more times then I can count and beg them to look over the merchandise before they spend a penny on what they originally thought they had wanted from the store that they had gone to. I always leave them my name and number and ask them to call me if they do decide to order from Toscano and never once have I been disappointed by their reactions once their orders have arrived. I love your items, love love love them. There has only been one case I was so disappointed because I waited too long to order the most beautiful framed piece of art I had ever seen. By the time I went back to order it, no longer was it available and I don't think I will ever again find such a piece that will make me as happy as that one particular piece would have. My saddest thought is that there is not a Toscano Store near me as I am disabled and unable to drive long distances, although I am quite sure my husband is happy there isn't one. Keep up the fabulous craftsmanship. I am truly a customer for as long as Toscano exists!!!!!!
