Bought for my husband who likes his toes protected and doesn't fancy open toed sandals. These seem to fit the bill. Look plenty nice and can be worn (yes dork) with socks.

The sandals are great for hiking and very comfortable as well.
Great shoe. Only issue is the soul insert slides out when you take the shoe off. I haven't gotten them wet yet. Not sure how the insert will hold up.
I have had these about 4 months. They now have to be replaced as the stitching on the loops that holds in the ties have come loose. This is extremely poor quality or quality control. Nice fitting and I like wearing them but could NEVER recommend anyone purchase a shoe that will last only 4 months!
