A Great Workout

I love Denise Austin's workouts. She is always so positive and encouraging and offers ways for you to progress in your workout. I like this dvd especially because it has an awesome concentrated workout on specific areas that everyone can benefit from.

I love Denise Austin and her products! That said, this workout is awesome because it can totally be make to fit in any schedule. I follow Denise's recommendmation to "change' it up and work different muscle groups..so lately I have done a 20 min. cardio work out- such as the blast 10 pounds or the boot camp workout, then I add the upper body workout from this DVD. I have been working out everyday (4-6 days a week with Denise's DVD's) and in 8 months I have lost 20 pounds, lost two dress sizes and gained self- confidence...I highly recommend this DVD.
