the best screen protector for the Samsung Galaxy S9 !
Great service. They didn't carry my glass shield anymore as my phone is over 2 years old, but the representative went out of her way to find one and honor the lifetime warranty. Will definitely use them again when the day comes, and I have to get a new phone.
Recently took a tumble tripping over a step, the phone took the brunt of the fall, without the glass shield I'm confident I would have been purchasing a new phone and not my second (maybe 3rd) protective shield. Happy to have found a replacement for my older model phone!
Easy to put on. Has a guiding template to hold onto to ensure proper alignment and fit. You lift off and throw away when finished installing. Doesn't fall off at first drop of the phone like all the others do. Believe me because we forgot the brand name and went on a search and tried many before remembering the brand name zagg, or invisible shield.
Not quite as thick as the last one, but was much easier to put on my phone.
I've been using ZAGG for years ony various phones. I've tried other brands but keep coming back to ZAGG for the superior performance. The fact that they offer a warranty on their products means they stand behind what they sell. Unfortunately, they don't offer a warranty on the replacement glass they send. It will crack eventually. It's just a question of time. This is my 3rd shield in 3 years on my Galaxy S9+. None-the-less, I'm still very satisfied with the product.
I have been using these for my phone for a long time. Through phone upgrades, etc. I want to give it 5 stars because it does protect the phone. I had one on for a long time recently and finally changed it. My phone was is great shape after I took the old one off. This new cracked within a week of the purchase though. Its kind of frustrating because I honestly didn't do anything to the phone (drop it, hit it, etc.) They have a lifetime guarantee but you still pay to ship. I'll probably wait it out again before replacing since the crack isn't too bad.
Thick plastic screen protector. The installation process was the only great thing about this product. The screen protector easily fills with fingerprints and is hard to clean (much more so than the screen protector that comes with the phone). The fingerprint scanner WILL NOT WORK with this screen protector. Since the screen protector is plastic, after a few weeks scratches become very noticeable throughout the whole screen protector. Save your money.
I received a broken screen.
Horrible product, I bought 2 of these and they both cracked within a week of putting them on. Never buying these again.
