Thee is no dound that this is the best comforter set I own. Iwas looking at a similar one at Target which was at a higher price. I decided to check out what Walmart had and stumbled upon this remarkable set. The apperance and color is what I expected. It looks so rich and the comforter is sooo snuggly. I was very impressed with the quality and the exceptional price. This is a wonderful spring comforter set that just adores my room and makes me feel so girly. Don't doubt it, its worth the price.
I just moved into a new place and wanted something bright and fun. This was perfect. I love it so much!! Goes perfect with my silver tone bed. The comforter was nice and full, as if it had down in it, and the decorative pillow added a nice touch. Didn't come with sheets though. But thats okay, the rest of it is perfect. I just make sure to fold back the comforter at night or cover it with another blanket or sheet during the day to keep it clean and free from smudges.
This is a great product. I recently decided to repaint me room and I was having a hard time finding the right bed set. I wanted something that looked more adult-ish and sophisticated but not something you'd expect to see on your grandmothers bed. The colors are even better in person. I painted 3 walls of my room a light yellow and the fourth wall a slightly bright pink. It looks great. I couldn't be happier. I would definately recommend this.
I love the look of this comforter because I love hydrangeas and the material is all cotton except for the filler but it says on the site that it is machine washable and the tags attached to the product say dryclean only. I think that it can be washed. The only problem might be it's size.
I found this comforter and I knew that's what I wanted to have in my room! I did a light green accent wall behind it and it looks fabulous! What you can't see in the picture is that the green is less bright and a bit more sage/olive-y. Those aren't pink poka dots on the bed skirt and pillow but little pink diamond shaped pattern. In the hydrangeas they have a bit of a goldish yellow to give it more detail. I loved it online, but I love it even more on my bed. I totally recommend this. I also recommend that you iron the comforter A LOT. It comes VERY VERY VERY wrinkled. I looks a lot fuller and fluffier once you iron it, not to mention how much cleaner it looks without the wrinkles. Love the bed!
Pros: I would recommend this comforter set! I am 26 years old... and wanted to change my room from college dorm leftovers to something sophisicated but still girlie. I looked everywhere online from bed bath and beyond, overstock.com, target, etc..... and when I was about to give up on an affordable set I looked at wal-mart online and fell in love. I was a bit skeptical since I had never purchased any linen products from wal-mart before.... but was def pleased when it arrived. It shipped faster than they said and looks even better in person. The colors are exactly like the picture! I have had so many compliments from ages 7-70.... everyone seems to love it! Also... I found a similar one at bed bath and beyond that had no decorative pillow, and two pillow cases..... and it cost somewhere around $300.00.... yikes! Cons: The only thing is it could be a bit softer. I mean don't get me wrong it is still super snuggley... but if you put it bedside the bed bath and beyond (that looked just like it)... you could feel a difference.. but again... look at the price
I am really pleased with this set. It is very soft even right out of the package. Fits my bed perfectly and looks great. The green online looks almost neon but it is actually a very pretty spring green which I was happy about. It is a much softer color than I thought it would be and I wouldn't mind reversing the comforter and using the other side as well. I haven't had it long enough to know how well it will hold up but it seems well made and the fabric is nice.
I love this product; the flowers, reversable green and pink, washed and dried it and all was well. It reminds me of Spring in Summer, soft, warm but cool enough to have your bed in summer, just right for spring. My only regret is that it does not come with matching sheets. Otherwise it's a winner!!
I bought this comforter set to be used in the summer months, switching in the winter months to something darker. The problem is, although beautiful, I have to completely pull this comforter off my bed at night. It is thicker than any comforter I have ever owned, to the point of suffocation. Unless you live in Alaska, you will use this only for "show." Too hot to actually use. But It is beautiful.
I was excited about getting this product. All of the ratings seemed good. Some said that the colors were different than they looked online, but actually better. Well, I disagree. It looks more purple online, but when I received it, it was definitely pink and looked really cheap. It was a good price, but I don't even think it was worth that price. Also, it says it's washable online, but it says dry clean only on the tag. Not really what I'm looking for in a comforter.
