Love this. I use to make gravy, gelato, homemade noodles thick sauce, and soups. It works great, no clumping or bumps like flour gives you. Can is 1 lb and I could use at least 3 lb can. Wish they made a bigger can of it. Best price here at Wal-mart for what you get. I generally use more than required.
I use it a lot. Wouldn't be without it.
Ordered online thinking that it would come in a box like the picture but was pleased to see it come in a plastic container instead. Much preferred!
Very good taste is good and dry
Be careful when buying and or receiving items sold to you like this. I purchased this online but the shopper for my order missed this. It comes with a clear plastic lid. I decided to throw the whole thing out. I'm sure the product is ok but I do have at least one suggestion. Don't forget to inspect your food first and definitely before you buy it.
