Helped me get back on track after the holidays... its a very gentle cleanse... not one of the ones you're scared to leave the bathroom... got right back into letosis in a couple days
I am so glad to have found this product. This cleanse is easy and effective. In particular, I noticed that my body was cleared of candida, there was no upset to my lower GI and there was reduced inflammation in my joints and eyes. It is a simple cleanse easily incorporated into my daily life. I have repeated the cleanse every few months with similar results and full confidence. Thanks for another quality product!

This was my 1st detox/cleanse ever...so i didn't know what to expect. I didn't weight myself..so im not sure if i lost weight or not. One thing that i did notice is that during those 7 days, i had less of an appetite and was more energetic. Taste isn't the greatest (i dont swallow pills)(emptied the pills into a spoon to consume)..but i told myself 'if i can take a shot of Henny..then i can definitely take this'. Especially , since it's for my health. I will be taking this detox/cleanse again in the near future.
This pills were easy. The mouth rinse was bad, nasty tasting. Got through it with a struggle. The step three powder you mix with water at bedtime was horrible tasting. I forced myself to do it. Can't tell I feel better though. Maybe it did get rid of the toxins in my body. I had never done a cleanse, but will probably do it again in about six months if I start to see results.
The Raw Cleanse products did provide some cleansing of my system. I may have simply misunderstood what this cleansing process was to have accomplished and believed it would have been more effective.

The product was disgusting. The only part that I could get down were the pills. The first part was a packet of somthing that you had to swish in your mouth for 30 seconds. It was gross, but was able to get past it. The 3rd part was the worst thing I ever tasted. It is a power that you have to mix with 8 oz of water (I tried to dilute it more but it did not help). It clumps up and does not disolve. I gagged the first time just trying to get past the smell. The second time was even wrose so I gave up. Since I was not able to complete the "cleanse" I did not get any results.
