I would compare this drugstore concealer with a high brand NARS concealer. Which is amazing!
You need to stock up, buy a shade lighter than your skin tone for the concealer and if you want a KKW bright undereye then go two shades lighter. And of course for covering any blemishes you can choose the shade that matches your skin tone. This concealer has great medium coverage that's buildable and lasts all day. I love that it doesn't crease up once under the eyes it stays in place and it doesn't feel heavy. I love to do the “No Makeup” makeup look with this concealer, some setting powder, setting spray, sometimes maybe a tad blush/bronzer, and pop some mascara on the lashes and girl... you're looking like a natural GODDESS!
If you are looking for a exceptionally reasonable concealer (price) that offers a good selection of nice neutral shades--Maybelline New York Fit is It! The Fair is just about perfect, not a pink,orange or overly yellow hue in the tube. The consistency of this concealer is creamy--it isn't very matte-it felt that way to me. The coverage reminded me (more) of a foundation in a tube. If you have oily skin (even slightly as I do) and/or lines around your eyes New York Fit will 'slip' and accentuate those areas. Pores and slight imperfections may become more obvious. If you have normal skin (lucky you!) you would like this concealer--I think. It isn't matte enough for strong coverage and it's too creamy around the eyes--slips into lines.However,for smooth ,mostly unlined skin this is a good color neutral easy to find and 'Fit' concealer. So today I bought the fit me concealer the packaging said it was 15 light the I opened it to use it and I looked at the bottom of the concealer and it said 10 light so what number it light? Why are they different numbers I'm so confused. This sight says the shade light is #15 but my concealer says 10 light
I love this concealer. It stays all day and looks amazing, but they changed the numbering system. My old number was 15 fair. I went to the store today to buy some more because I was running out. I made sure I got 15 because I remember that light was darker than fair and it was shade 10. Now shade 15 is light and the tube says the old numbering system of 10. It's more than a little frustrating because now I have to return the concealer and get my right shade all because they switched the numbering system.
I bought this in shade 15 (which is listed online as shade Fair, which is what I needed). When I opened the package, the tube was marked as shade 10-Light and the package was marked as shade 15-Light. The numbering is inconsistent and confusing, and now I have a concealer that I can't use because it is too dark.
I just bought it and used it one morning for school. I put it only under my eyes. The next morning, I woke up to my under eyes burning and it was all red and swollen. Do not buy this product.
I ordered two concealers from Maybelline Fit Me but they send them on separate orders (made a big order btw) well one of them i ordered a the 025 medium color that arrived yesterday and this second one in FAIR color that arrived just now as of Nov,01,2023 and not happythey send me the same color! 🙁
I use the foundation of Fit me so I also bought this product to go along with it. I felt a burning sensation and couldn't determine the cause. I applied this product alone on my face and it was burning to the point that I had to remove it. It left physically burn marks on my face.
