This antiseptic spray is a 5oz bottle, and as the name indicates, comes in a spray bottle. Before using this, you need to clean the area and then spritz a couple of sprays on the affected area. This product is to be used on things such as minor scrapes, cuts, or burns, sunburns, or minor skin irritations. As the warnings on the bottle indicate you should not use this on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, or any serious burns. Unless directed by a doctor. As little as you will use per use this is a good-sized bottle and should last a long time. This is a great addition for your medicine cabinet or first aid kit, whether in your home or one kept in your vehicle. I like the small size of the bottle as it is easy to hold and use with one hand. I like the dark green lid. This makes it easier to spot and find when you need it. The bottle is a hard plastic, so it does not squish or lose shape. The antiseptic spray is also made in the USA. I would recommend this in the future. And this is something I will purchase in the future and keep on hand in my first aid supplies.

This Pain Relieving Spray has 0.13% Benzalkonium cl first aid antiseptic in it. Also has 4% Lidocaine which is a pain reliever. It protects against infection. It has a child proof lid. It is easy for adults to open though. Instructions are clear on back of bottle. Thanks Equate for a great product.
I keep this in my first aid kit for when it is neccessary to treat minor scrapes, cuts, and insect bites. It cleans the wound and kills the pain and itching. It keeps it from getting infected and is easy to apply without touching the wound. I like the unusual spray top which is easy to unlock and spray.
I should say that I have been a fan of the Equate line of products for a long time. As I encounter each new Equate product, I kind of run through the same process. I do a careful comparison of the ingredients, the coloring and flavor, the packaging, and last but not least, the reviews and testimonials of other users. With respect to Equate's Pain Relieving Antiseptic Spray, our kids, great grandchildren and great grandchildren have all had their Boo-Boos, Ow-ees, and later cuts and scrapes, treated with a well known national brand, that I don't think I can mention here, other then the fact that it's name starts with B. And now I have discovered the Equate version of the same product. Both have the very same percentage of Benzalkonium Chloride as an antiseptic, and Lidocaine HCI as a pain reliever, And this at a fraction of the price of the national brand. I'll make this simple. Of course I have switched to the Equate version.
I am a fan of many Equate brand items. This antiseptic pain relief spray has joined my list of Equate-liked items. The spray contains lidocaine for pain relief and benzalkonium as an antiseptic. I had a gnarly hangnail on one finger that was hurting and when I used this Equate spray, the pain went away! This spray can be used 1 to 3 times daily.
I'm always looking for new items to keep in my first aid bin. I got the equate brand maximum strength pain relieve antiseptic spray to help with scrapes and cuts my family gets. I was very pleased, I used it on a cut on my finger and there was no stinging at all. This is perfect if you have children, they will let you spray their cuts, scrapes, minor burns and sunburns and minor irritations without complaining. It's a 5 ounce bottle which last a bit. I love that the spray lid has a child lock on it.The spray contains 0.13% Benzalkonium CI and 4% lidocaine HCI for instant pain relief. I would definitely suggest getting this for your first aid supplies. It works great.
My family uses the cream or lotion neoprosin for most of our cuts and scratches, using neosporin requires rubbing or placing the cream or lotion on the wound. Using the equate pain relieving antiseptic spray is a huge improvement. As pictured, I have a small burn on my right wrist, the spray was easy to use and stopped the sting of the burn. The active ingredients are similar to the neosporin that we have used in the past .
The option for an antiseptic spray is much preferred over greasy gels or lotions. I also prefer not to directly touch the wound to treat it and this product solves that problem. There is an odor initially but that dissipates quickly as does the wetness after spraying. Simple and effective.
I really like this antiseptic spray by Equate. As soon as I received it I applied it to a fresh cut I had on my finger. I liked that it didn't sting at all. In fact, it made it feel better due to the 4% Lidocaine. This product also provides protection from infection. It's great for cuts, scrapes, sunburns, etc. It has a safety top also. I wish it sprayed out wider instead of a stream but overall this is a must-have for every first-aid kit!
