Preservision Areds2 by Bausch & Lomb were originally recommended kill me by my eye doctor as I have macular degeneration issues. The Areds2 help slow the progression of this eye problem and they are easy to swallow as they are gel capsules. I have been taking these capsules for close to two years and apparently my macular edger has not progressed!

It was prescribed by my optometrist to help prevent macular degeneration since I have a strong genetics propensity to that. My eyesight has gotten better too.
Great product, little too expensive, but not more then others
My father has taken these for years. He swears that it has saved his sight. He is 93 and has some vision issues but can still see and according to doctors he should have been blind 3 years ago.

these pills are easy to consume. good price at Walmart
My ophthalmologist recommended this product when I was diagnosed as being in the very early stages of macular degeneration. It's the only product on the market right now that helps with this disease (that's why I am giving this 4 stars). I have just started using it so can't report yet on the results.
I really don't know what to say about this product. I've been taking it since February for early onset macular degeneration and I will have no real idea if it is doing anything at all until my next visit in Feb. of 2018. The pills are small and easy to swallow. I've had no improvement in my vision in any form so far. I have read other reviews where people say they can see a difference but I'm not experiencing anything as of yet. Maybe it will take longer. However, I have been drinking a glass of kale, spinach, half an apple, berries, banana and half a carrot every day which did, I sincerely believe, got rid of the blobs of floaters that were really causing a serious visual problem. Maybe the Areds 2 is part of that, I don't know. I think it's a good product since it is recommended by just about everyone with EOMD. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
