Perfect. Does the Job. Love how you are able to just drain oil, no issue of pouring oil into anotber container, take it to Autozone to just empty it and you are done. Great qaulity and simpleness of use.
This container is well-made, with provision for cleanly draining your oil filter while channeling the old oil into the reservoir via a sloped trough. Its large capacity enables me to change oil in multiple vehicles before needing to take it to a recycling center for disposing of the old oil. The carrying handles are ingenious also, allowing for transporting the container by holding it on either the side or the end. For me, this was a smart purchase!
Husband wants to start changing his own oil again so we can save money and not have to listen to all the pushy techs trying to sale more services. He said it is VERY WELL MADE and will hold all the old oil from husbands big diesel truck. And it closes completely up for safe and easy transport to nearest collection place. It was shipped out and delivered way faster than other orders. And my favorite thing is its made in the good ole USA!!!
This is, hands down, the best drain pan I've ever owned. Must for anyone who does a lot of oil changes, or just had a large oil capacity engine, live a diesel.
This large capacity oil drain collection container should work great. The 24 Qt capacity and extra length will aide in draining my 13 quarts from my truck. I will need to be careful regarding the small rubber gasket on the pour spout of it will get lost. Seems like an o-ring would have been a better design. It arrived in excellent packaging and a very sturdy cardboard box.
I have not used it, however it is exactly what I expected and I know it will hold the 21 quarts from my diesel.
Unable to unscrew red drain cover upon receipt. Tried with two hands gripping onto plastic tab so hard the plastic tab tore from base. Still unable to unscrew this darn thing. Crazy..! Seemed like super glued on..?! Returned
Received a defective product, hole in the of the oil container. Wasted my time and gas taking it to a fedex center for return. Now waiting additional time for them to receive the defective item before shipping a replacement. Should have purchased from another store in person.
Leaks at main fill plug and at vent plug. Poor quality.
Used it once and it leaks around the seam so the only way it can be stored is flat. Defeating the purpose of the container.
