The description of this item lists it as a quantity of 15 or so it seems. In reality it is trying to describe the manufactured year of the product. So, as the purchase played out the item was returned because the price for just one unit was way to high. A seller I would not try to abbreviate text by shortening the year of manufacturing it is confusing item description for the buyers.
