Product seems to be well made. I am disappointed it will not play .wav files. Documentation for it is virtually nonexistent, so you already have to know all about how to use it before you get it. I called the company and talked to a foreign sounding man who was extremely rude, cursed me on the phone and then hung up on me. I would recommend anyone to look at other brands before buying Blackmore.
