When we purchased this item for Christmas it was advertised as one pink and one blue box which was perfect for our two kids to each get one. When we only received the blue version I tried to reach out in order to receive a refund and return the item. I addressed my frustration with the change in how the item was listed and was told to wait for the item. It's now February and they haven't responded or sent the pink version. Do not recommend this seller or item. Not only did I not get what we ordered or a refund, I was out the money and had to frantically redo presents last minute.
I bought one of these for my collection but the box came completely damaged and the flap is already half open. I've tried contacting them about a return or a exchange but zero responses.
I thought for the price I was getting two boxes not one. I could have paid less at Walmart directly. Package was damaged as well. Not happy.
This is listed by a 3rd party named venado. They are being a scapler asking $74 for a product you can easily find for $48 elsewhere. I wish walmart wouldnt allow things like this to happen on thier app.
