There are no side effects and no bad taste to Silver Biotics. I have taken it daily for five years now and find it to be an excellent addition to my regimen to try to improve my health. Silver Biotics is an excellent product that I have used for several years. I use it as a supplement to my daily routine. I believe Swanson's has the best price for this product.
