It was an exact fit for my car. It fixed the issue I had with my belt coming off in the rain.
Good oem part no more squeaks
I ordered this part for my '99 Pontiac Grand Prix. I thought the heater hose connections looked different when I took it out of the box. When I removed the original part from my car I found that it was very different and wouldn't fit. I called my store and ended up returning that part and purchasing a 2000 model year part which was the correct one. Evidently my car is a late 1999 so Pontiac must have made a running change with that part. Other than it costing nearly twice as much as the '99 part, it went on great and is working fine. I did file the flash off the seams from the die-casting just to make it friendlier to work around in the future.
