I really am glad I decided to try some ancient grains. I like to mix 2-3 together as a hot cereal in the morning. I like the texture of millet, it's very tiny but still has some chew to it.
I was very pleased with my online order from Walmart. I have ordered a few times now and have been pleased with each. I will be ordering again.

Always use Bobs Red Mill Millet, good flavor, good price
Millet cooks up in less than 10 minutes in our pressure cooker (2:1 water ratio). I love to serve it heated up with cut up greens, a dash of olive oil, and a spice or two. Fast, easy, and delicious!
I prepared my first millet as a breakfast porridge, serving it with milk, salt and honey. It was a pleasant surprise. Out of leftovers, pancakes were made and enjoyed. I see myself exploring for more ways to incorporate millet into my diet.
I am trying to find alternatives to the same old grains we eat every day. Looking at grains that have fed civilizations for centuries. Millet is one of them. Very nice as breakfast, in place of rice in most dishes. And I have come to trust Bob's Red Mill for my grain products. Nice experience.

This brand of Millet I have been used for many years and they are pretty good, however, the most recent purchase was not satisfying because the grains are rancid already although the expiration date won't be until 2022 (Best by Jan 14, 2022).
